Dough, form. Refrigerate for a day. Then boil them for a while. [not sure how long] Then bake them in an oven. Then add toppings. Sell for About $.50 a bagel when bought by the dozen. Cream cheese here starts as plain and stuff is mixed in. Lox, a fish Jewish people here in New York like, is mixed with the cream cheese and an 85% cream cheese price premium.
